Joe Shipley, Owner

Joe Shipley is the owner and founder of Flint Hills Water Solutions, LLC.  He started in the water service industry in 1991 with Paxon Electric & Irrigation in Penokee, Kansas.  He provided basic well service at that position.  Since beginning in the industry, he has worked for 4 additional businesses across the state of Kansas.  He provided and developed his skills in a wide range of services and water solutions for residential, commercial, environmental, and agricultural needs.

Joe is licensed as a water well driller/contractor by the State of Kansas. He has made many positive connections with industry leaders and sales representatives that enable him to give you the complete knowledge and products available.  He is also a member of the Kansas Ground Water Association.

Based out of Westmoreland, KS we travel through a large area of Kansas including the Salina to Lawrence and Nebraska border to Independence, KS corridors.
